Maggie is truly touched by those that serve for our country, past current and future. During university, Maggie used to train with those who were getting ready to serve. She witnessed the sacrifices first hand that enlisted shoulders and marines made during training to get ready for leave. (I am not sure of the proper terminology). Maggie remembers hearing stories of her Grandfather and relatives who served, and the sacrifices that her family members made while serving in WWII, Korea War, Desert Storm and more. In fact, Maggie and her family read the letters that her relatives exchanged during WWII. It is a constant reminder of what the soldiers do for our freedom and how blessed we are to have them.
